• Access to the Application is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• User accounts are created and managed by the church administration team.
• Users cannot self-register; accounts are provisioned based on church roles and responsibilities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify the church administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for its intended purposes, which include:

• Tracking attendance and membership information
• Managing fellowship groups and clusters
• Generating reports for church administration
• Coordinating care and follow-ups for members

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempting to access areas of the Application for which you do not have permission
• Using the Application to harvest or collect personal information for purposes outside church administration
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise the Application's security
• Using the Application for any purpose that violates applicable laws or church principles

6. Content and Data

• All content within the Application belongs to Kitengela Main Altar.
• User-generated content should align with the values and principles of the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness.
• The church administration reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.

7. Changes to the Terms

Kitengela Main Altar reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the Application. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

8. Termination

The church administration reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Application for any user who violates these Terms of Use or is no longer affiliated with Kitengela Main Altar.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
